Turnkey Components is a service that means we purchase your components from your BOM. It saves time and money and allows our customers to get moving onto other projects instead of having to deal with parts. We take care of sourcing components, calculating necessary overages, and fully kitting, labeling, and inventorying each part – so you don’t have to.  We offer full turnkey, partial turnkey, or full consignment Printed Circuit Board Assembly Services. We return all unused parts whether consigned or turnkey.

• Full Turnkey – We handle fabricating the circuit boards and ordering all components. No need for multiple Purchase Orders to multiple vendors. By having us source parts for you, we will have the right number of parts for your build with overages from the start. We will get approval on any potential component substitutions.
• Turnkey Components – You supply the PCBs; we purchase all of the components from your BOM

• Supply BOMs in .xlsx, or .xls wherever possible. We are also able to use .tsv, .txt, .doc, and ascii format.
• Include the following columns in your BOM:

  • Quantity per board
  • Component description
