Low Volume PCB Assembly
Low Volume Assembly for Prototypes or Production
Most of our builds qualify as “low-volume”, but the definition of this is a little cloudy. A single PCB with 500 parts counts as low-volume, but so does a set of 500 boards with 10 parts each. The idea is that there aren’t high setup costs to prepare for a production run of thousands of boards. Instead, our goal is to get the number of boards you need into your hands as quickly as possible so you can test and get them to your customers.
Prototyping
Prototyping is a unique and critical stage in product development. While balancing fixtures and enclosures with schematics and hardware, engineers know that even getting just a single board in their hands built exactly to their specs is of utmost importance.
To ensure accuracy and speed, we initiate multiple stages of file review before your turn time starts.
We also understand that there are a lot of moving pieces during prototyping. There might be minor BOM changes. There might be a few discrepancies in the PCB data due to CAD libraries, PCB updates, or just the sheer speed at which the project needs to be completed. There could even be parts that aren’t available at the time of build. We’re here to help through this process. Our account managers and engineers work closely with you to ensure everyone is on the same page at the beginning, middle, and end of the build – so the final product receive is exactly what you expect.
